2011 - Tour de Tri
Sunday, August 14, 2011 at 8:19PM The Tour de Tri was first held in 2008 when Mark Turner completed 3 Ironman triathlons in 3 consecutive days, raising funds for Epilepsy Queensland and the Law Enforcement Torch Run in the process.
Fast forward three years and the initial success of the 2008 Tour De Tri has been reinvigorated as a successful 24 hour endurance triathlon open to teams and individuals.
The 2011 Tour de Tri took place over 13 and 14 August and had a great laid back, festival atmosphere with camping, evening movies for the kids, wood fired pizza and plenty of characters.
